We celebrated my brother birthday today so I wasn't able to watch the game and I'm glad it was the case.

Between us captures the same charm like Until we meet again but better because until we meet again had many moments when I asked myself why I was even watching and had to be reminded over and over again. Like it was boring many times and I still believe 17 episodes were a stretch. Between us is also boring at times, there are scenes I am just really not invested in. The friend group A, Bee, Sea for example doesn't charm me at all and all their scenes are weird. But as soon as there's Team and Win and Manaow, I like it. The acting is better, I believe, and I think it's partly different because the BL genre shifted in those three years that have passed since until we meet again. The make-outs are a lot more explicit/exist, they adress the topic and no one is too shy. But then again, the whole WinTeam story is different, so maybe it's just because of that but I still think Between Us is a better until we meet again because the genre shifted to a more accepting environment without weirdly annoying fangirls (thank god they rewrote Manaow).
