You deserve to have comfortable feelings of fullness in your stomachs.
You deserve to be appropriately hydrated and fed.
It is better for your health and body to be fed consistently and regularly.
It is better to eat foods that you are hungry for, and balance those with foods you might not crave and have other macronutrient contents and feel full. Who says you can't use cheetos as croutons? Cheetos are a form of dry bread. Go wild.
You deserve sustenance.
You deserve to be sustained, because you are a human.
Our society knows this and provides a wide array of services to help feed those who are hungry.
They're not perfect in those services, but you deserve to be fed and you deserve to use those services if you need help.
Go eat, until your tummy is full, and you feel satiated.
