this is in my top 3 macbeth scenes btw

#i speak #the other two are out damned spot and the feast #but this scene...#the production i saw had him be quiet and almost in shock until 'what do you mean?'#and then in the span of the last 4 lines he started yelling + emphasizing the iambic pentameter #so 'macbeth shall sleep no more' was almost songlike #lady macbeth grabbed him and put her hand over his mouth after that line. and then he burst into tears #before she continued with her 'what the fuck is wrong with you'#so good
