Do we think Vulpes can speak multiple languages?

Like I feel some of his more covert work would require him to know at least a second language or basics of multiple languages spoken in what's left of the Americas, but I could also see the argument that in being part of such an assimilation focused group that he'd only really know Latin outside of English.
