Another reason to be against "no cis men" spaces as an idea is besides reinscribing cissexism I think spaces for women or non-men lose their meaning if there's a heterosexual dynamic in there. And that can happen obviously with trans or cis men and non-men so I think rather than basic identity checking the people who put together those spaces could be more thoughtful about who you're letting in and why? Like what dynamics are happening there and who is getting attention/affirmation from whom? If I had my way, these spaces would be "no men (except cool queens)."
My misandry has a queen sized blind spot.
