I know this is a weird and somewhat "woo-woo" thing to say...but...the #2017eclipse changed my life. Seriously. Like...I feel...different since it happened. Not in a bad way! Haha. Just different. We went to see totality, which was 45 minutes away from the studio. I went with my fam (swipe to see us geeking out haha) The sky grew dark. I think I screamed and cried. (🙄😬) and I felt this eerie calm while looking at the moon. It was amazing. It was disorienting. And it was over. I think it changed my life. The sky was dark and mesmerizing and I tried to capture the darkness in this mug more so than the strange sunset that was around us. The darkness seemed to matter more to me.
