When I first met Rubio Avila Jr. aka @shredded_media to MOST in the drifting community know him by. He was what I called “ NDG” next drift generation. He came to our shop eager to get some parts and start street drifting( of course being myself the rebel we and bonded right away ) but he had another passion FILMING and from that moment I saw his vision his style , fast forward we ended up flying to Japan and filming a DVD for @hardcoretokyo 🇯🇵 I asked Rubio from the start of it all “Why do you like filming ?” His respond “I like to capture and share someone’s else life so they get the attention they deserve you know it’s kinda cool“ With that said .... From Filming the guys that street drift and current styles in Japan to state side here . At the time for the @hardcoretokyo DVD Filming which was what Rubio called his big break to venture off over seas and working with someone he looked up to @mattfield777 was with us the whole time to be in the DVD and experience it all . In the mean time Rubio is in the back end filming all of us . Other drivers we worked with and Toured @ryan_rasberry in his @formulad career The list goes on @semashow Trips with @krcmodified 🇯🇵 filming for them. It just goes on and on his team @teamruf @justinussery213 and so on. We lost not just a selfless Filmer but a great Car Guy and more so a good friend and person in life .
