A friend considering
M to F transition asked what I think about butt implants, quite popular here, since right now there's no butt to speak of. I'm not a doctor, (not a doctor!) but why go to the extremes and risk fat embolism, when one can acquire a nice shapely butt by going to a gym? He was incredulous until I took him with me; ALL girls at the gym are working on the glutes, all guys are working on the biceps and abs, LOL. Anyone who, for whatever reason, needs it: the exercise WILL make your butt bigger and higher. You can do many of the exercises at home, no need for equipment. There are tons of videos on YT, just don't believe the claims that all it will take is 2 weeks. The key to success is to, actually, do the exercises. Is is too late when you are 40+, like my friend is? Why would be too late, I'm 70 and it works for me.
So, here's to M.'s Bigger and Better Butt and successful transition, hopefully paid for by his native European country's government.
