My dad does that butt slapping thing too! He's done it since I can remember and I'm nearly 21 haha. Haven't had it happen since I moved out but when I visited him he did it!! He also put his hand on my thigh and it made me super uncomfy. I've told him before not to touch me without my permission but he never listens and says "I made you, I can do what I want".
