          he’s under the sink, trying the whole ‘handy-man’ thing out on the leak in the elbow bend. really it just needs some epoxy and a new washer, though he’s not taking anything to chance in his preparations; a bucket near-by, lined bottom cabinet, and a nice little toolbox set to the side.

          ren enters their bathroom to grab some laundry, blue eyes following the movement behind him out of habit, just to register his mate is in the space before going back to what he’s doing but…wait…was that…?

           he focuses on the elegant strip of lace he can see peeking from faded jeans he rarely sees the dragon in. for a brief moment it’s as if jaune can actually feel how soft the skin below the lace pattern is. it’s just a second, the arc isn’t even sure he’s seen what he saw but then ren is straightening again and leaving the bathroom before he can be certain.

          “wa–”  THUD whoops he’s still kind of under the sink and he just smacked the top of his head on it. immediately does the arc wince, curling close to cradle the top of his head as stars line his vision, “owww.”
