About 10 months ago, me and Mum were at a surgeon, gonna get a stomach staple, and during that meeting the surgeon fell asleep on us It would’ve been for about a minute – me and Mum were looking at each other going ah you know what do we do? We decided not to go down that road and she got in contact with Dave
When I first started training this guy we jumped on the rower and I had to hand him the handle He couldn’t lean over to grab the handle I started at 211 I’m now 135 It’s been very hard but it’s all been worth it
I feel awesome A lot more confidence, a lot more energy I’m not falling asleep as soon as I get home from work You know everyone’s different you know everyone might go down the road of surgery or not but I think if you’re thinking about it, get up and move Just start, don’t think about it
He’s an inspirational man You know he’s been there and done it himself It motivates us when we don’t want to get up and train
