Easy Awesome Spicy Cheese Sauce
Neufchatel (as much as you wanna be)
String Cheese (hey who cares, throw them all in there)
You probably know what to do, but if it is still a bit confusing follow these steps.
2. Diced Onion gets a Butter Bath
3. Bathe Onion until Butter is oniony and Onion is buttery
4. Turn down Heat, slowly add Flour, whisk with fork, or whisk, or both, don't use a rake, or a shovel.
5. Once Butter Flour mixture is thick turn Heat back up and brown it up till it smells nutty.
6. Turn down Heat, slowly whisk in Sour Cream and Heavy Cream using your weapon of choice.
7. You pretty much decide how Thick the Sauce is at this point, so, exercise some judgment, it's an eyeball thing on the Heavy Cream volume.
8. Throw the dang Cheese in Dummy.
9. Make that cheese real hot till you can't tell one cheese from the other.
10. You're done, Add Peppers and Spices till it tastes Good, once again, that's up to you, you're an Adult.
11. Eat that, you can use the Shovel now.
