Back again with a new artstyle but lowkey think this is my peak. Trying to be slightly closer to the show proportions because normally i just have the urge to make them much skinnier

The relationship between these two has always been a sweet one. Momina met him during the ring battle arc, like the others. When they first interacted, Momina had been very surprised by how soft and gentle he was, despite the chaos of the scenario or the danger he was up against. Not only that, Momina wasn't used to such gentleness, especially from a boy, and so they could feel themselves become shy. Even more so when Momina had put her life on the line to try [and failed] to prevent Lambo from fighting in the ring battle...Basil had still acknowledged and praised how hard she had fought for the child. This brought Momina to tears as the thought of failing as a "big sister" had always been a devastating blow to her. Being a "good big sister" was their pride, so she found comfort in these words. This scenario had also led to Momina dedicating herself to becoming stronger so she could protect her loved ones, especially the children. A notion both Basil and Colonnello praised and approved of. Momina will not fail in this again! [But she will, she will, she will...]

It started off so small, Momina wasn't particularly used to the feeling. A crush. Basil had become that for her in the short time they had met, it made Momina feel rather shy but they also wanted to spend time with Basil. Something Basil was always happy to indulge when he was back in Namimori. Every time he had remained his sweet, gentle and polite self. Momina began to think of him as a "prince", and because they had always been a gushing type, they let him know that. "You're like a prince, Basil!"

It was something that surprised Basil, but even so he laughed. "Thank you, Momina-dono." He looked amused and that encouraged Momina to continue calling him that. That and "Sweet Basil" as there were few things more true than that, right?

They really got to know each other once Momina was brought into CEDEF [or dragged kicking and screaming witnesses would say], and Basil was the first to happily welcome her into the little family. He had been the one to lead her to the surprise welcoming party that Tumeric and Oregano had arranged for their newest recruit. It made up for the hardship of getting here and soft hearted Momina had cried. Something they apologized for over and over again, but like every other time, Basil comforted her with his kind words and reminded her she was valid. It was fine to express her emotions.

Naturally it didn't take long for Basil to be the one Momina ran to whenever she was upset with Colonnello and/or Lal. Every time he had listened to her and allowed her to express herself, never once making her feeling childish or ashamed for her feelings. Something she had struggled with all her life. It was then Momina thought: Basil let's me be childish.' A nice thought for someone parentified since childhood. It made her cry again and he once again allowed her too.

Momina, ever the one to declare her loyalty and create vows made another vow in her heart. If it was Basil, she'd do anything. They'd follow him to hell, if he wanted. It was something she could think because she thought he would never ask but would not fight her either. It was nice to feel like she was of use, to feel needed still.

Her thoughts proved true as they became adults and seasoned comrades. He never asked her for anything, always took what she gave and never once dissuaded her from her desired path. She felt valued and really seen.

Through this Momina had, of course, noticed Basil had a big appetite so it didn't take them long to start giving him tons of meals and desserts. Something Basil always delighted in when received! And he received them a lot from Momina [Momina may be a little too doting...] It led to huffiness from Hayato and Fran, though, so she always made sure to create a portion for them. Momina would do this whether in Namimori or Italy, sending care packages when in Namimori to Basil [also the others! It's why, when young, Momina couldn't do it too much but increased with age.] It was also, during this, that Momina and Basil kept up correspondence through letters. It was old fashioned even when they were teens, however the two had elderly people spirits and it didn't even occur to them that they could call, text or even email.

By the time Basil reached 25, he was the new CEDEF boss, having taken over for his master. This led to many cheers and Momina deciding to make a party with the others in order to celebrate this promotion. Just like he did all those years ago for her, Momina was the one to lead Basil to the surprise party. There was an absolute feast, many of which Momina prepared themselves. They all had a wonderful celebration! [They also held a retirement party for Iemitsu on another day but Momina didn't care about that. She, however, made sure to be there for Basil who was happy his master could spend his time with his wife again but was also saddened to see him go. Momina kept all her unkind thoughts of the man to herself.]

And as a boss? Basil continued to be the sweet and princely man Momina had always known. It was too the point he had her sitting in his seat during Neo Vongola meetings as he worried about her standing for too long, an extremely sweet gesture that risked her life every time [Lal did not appreciate how unprofessional that made them look!!] It got to the point that Momina suggested it may be best if they sat these meetings out, something Basil agreed to despite looking a bit unhappy. Momina cooed and reminded him she'll be fine, just outside the door!! But inside she was elated. Finally her life would be spared!

All in all it was a sweet relationship full of mutual respect and support.

Edit: adding because I forgot! Momina's birthday is one day before Basil's. Whenever they're in the same city, they celebrate it together. If they end up together, that's a yearly tradition!

Tsubaki. — She's considered beautiful to the point it becomes a problem to her.

Minami. — She's gorgeous and elegant; the other girls see her as a role model in many ways.

Stella. — She soon learned how to make herself look more beautiful than she naturally is and works hard on her appearance.

Hinami. — A teen model; the most popular girl in her school. She's blessed with natural beauty.

Chisa. — She's a cute girl, but there are others cuter than her.

Natsuki. — Just a normal girl. She has nothing that would make her gorgeous or ugly.

Eri. — Nothing wrong with her; she just has stunning friends.

Tazio. — He's popular for his personality, but kind of average appearance-wise.

Natsuhiko. — He has the looks. If only he was taller…

Fuyuhiko. — He looks older than his brothers, and sometimes that's a minus point for him.

Ringo. — He's just a teddy bear guy with a plain face.

Not conventionally attractive:

Rio. — She's too lanky and masculine to be considered attractive as a girl, if she's perceived at all.

Kanon. — Not attractive as a woman, but people that believe she's a guy would rate her as handsome as an idol.

Momo. — Can't compete with other canon girls in terms of looks at all; she doesn't meet the beauty standards.

Which canon character annoys your OC?

GAMMA!!! Momina despises Gamma...! They can, will and have gone on rants about Gamma. It is On Sight with Gamma...!!

Which canon character does your OC not respect at all? Why?

Gamma....!!! As far as Momina is concerned, Yuni behaved monstrously because he [and Tazaru] failed their job as her guardians. They didn't raise her to be considerate or compassionate to herself or others. Instead Gamma led young Yuni to trying to emulate a 'saint' figure 'like' her mother and grandmother due to Gamma's idolization of Aria. This led to Yuni bringing Byakuran back to life despite all he did, despite the trauma she herself had because of him and everyone has due to Byakuran's many horrendous actions. So yeah!! Momina tries to be 'understanding' that Yuni is but a child and so in order to avoid hating Yuni, they hate Gamma...it's all Gamma's fault that Momina has C-PTSD and has to remember that she was burned to death.

Which canon character does your OC respect a lot?

Hmmm....there are so many that Momina respects...! Let's go with a not so obvious one...Lambo! Momina thinks he is one of the most forgiving people ever. Initially as Lambo is a child she assumed it was just due to him being very young and naive but even as a teen he still was [although to her, he will always be 'her baby'...] still she can't help but respect and be fiercely protective of the large and forgiving heart Lambo has. Momina about Lambo [along with the girls, the kids...etc]:

Momina greatly admires Lambo and wishes she could be as forgiving. She tries for him. She is also very scared for him because of it too.
