She grinned at her friend, swinging their arms together and basically glowing.
"I'm not exactly 'lady' anymore," she said. "It's a long story. But I live here on the Luofu now! What are you doing all the way out here, though? Don't you have a kingdom to be running or something?"

Twenty-two: in a rush of adrenaline.
It was only after he kissed Stevie that Mika actually thought about what he had done. Literally all they were doing was an errand together. Stevie had wanted to get out for the day, and Mika had said he needed to go around to some villages to deliver letters. Things had ended up going badly when a thunderstorm started, and then Slimes appeared.
A Hydro Slime had her trapped, and nearly carried off, by the time Mika caught up and got a good shot in.
He honestly had no real excuse other than he was caught-up in the moment when they finally found shelter and he was sure she was okay.
"U-uh..." And he backed away. "S-sorry, I'm just glad you're okay..."

Everyone was either resting or not on the train, though it didn’t necessarily matter; the various rooms were relatively soundproof. As soon as Argenti had carefully set aside his armor, Stevie slipped onto his lap, a shy smile on her lips.
He pulled her closer, pressing a kiss to her cheek.
“You have me for the entire night, my love.”

"Having a good time with Sir Argenti?" It's only somewhat a leading question. She was in no more trouble with him than she would be with any of the classic knights on Fantasia and Tempera was quite aware of that.
