Bulletproof Coffee Day 5

Was happy to have my bulletproof coffee this morning.  I really am starting to like the taste.  In reference to someone who commented about calories, of course!  Calories in are calories in.  I’m using about 1tbsp of butter and 1 tbsp of coconut oil.  That equals about 220 calories total.  I usually use half and half in my coffee, so my upgraded calories isn’t that significant.

I decided I wanted a latte around 1pm.  Gotta be honest, wasn’t feeling it.  I drank it, but I think I really prefer the taste of the bulletproof right now.

Not sure if I’m noticing any life differences, but I’m willing to give this a fair shot for a bit.
