This beautiful thing is the 🍎 Butterscotch Apple Pie 🥧 I made for Friendsgiving, recipe via @cloudykitchen A crust from scratch. Delicious apple filling from scratch is the first layer. Homemade butterscotch pudding on top of that. Finally a lightly sweetened whipped cream for the last layer, with a dusting of cinnamon. It. Was. Incredible. Easily one of the best pie recipes I have ever made - and I do not say that lightly! This one is going in the rotation.
