Ingredients: 1 package butterscotch pudding mix. 2 cups whole milk. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup whipped cream. 1/2 cup crushed butterscotch candies. 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional. Graham cracker crumbs for layering.
Instructions: In a saucepan, whisk together butterscotch pudding mix, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Once boiling, remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cooled butterscotch pudding mixture until well combined. In serving glasses or bowls, start layering the parfait with graham cracker crumbs at the bottom.
