Ingredients: 4 ears of fresh corn, husks removed. 1/4 cup melted butter. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish. Lime wedges for serving.
Instructions: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Brush the corn with the seasoned butter mixture, ensuring even coating. Place the corn on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is charred and tender.
