The Gustavus Adolphus College Institute of Spoken Word and Poetry Slam is a week-long academic summer camp dedicated to the history, craft, and execution of performance poetry. Held June 21-27 at Gustavus Adolphus College in southern Minnesota, "Slam Camp" accepts high school students from across the country, including incoming freshmen to outgoing seniors, regardless of talent or experience. Counselors this year include Neil Hilborn, Sierra DeMulder, and Hieu Minh Nguyen.We hope you consider enrolling or sharing this with a young poet in your life!
