If you've been reading Taizai on that site with the watermarks (mangacity?), then you should change that ASAP. It doesn't have any of the side-chapters on there, and many of them are plot-relevant. It seems to have just taken the chapters from mangapanda anyway, which has the same problem. It also has lower image quality for the pages. manga(.)redhawkscans(.)com/reader/series/the_seven_deadly_sins/ - Go here, read anything chapter you've missed (the ones with decimal numbers, e.g. 25.5 or 73.1).

Thank you for this! I thought that something was missing but I wasn’t sure if it was stuff the anime had put in as filler, or just that were missing from the site (Ban’s memories of Ellaine, for example)

i've noticed it's going fast but i figured it would stop right before because that arc is at least 60 chapters long and the anime has only been confirmed for 26 episodes

now that i think about it i guess most of those are just fight scenes which wouldnt take up much time animated

I am the wise helpful anon in all his glory. Make sure to read any of the other bonus chapters that you may have missed as well. On the redhawk site at least, they're the ones with the decimals in the chapter numbers. So if I am to assume what you've missed, it'd be chapters: 16.5, 25.5 (Ban's backstory), 41.5 (Guila chapter), 66.1 (Gowther's place), 78.5 (more of ban) 81.1 (Arthur Pendragon), 96.1 and finally 98.1 (Mel meeting Hawk). It's a real shame if people miss them the first time reading.
