Paused 165-175-185 (!) - 175 - 175 this morning. That's the first time I've even nominally paused 185 and it was definitely a 9+ RPE but I had NO weird foot movement and I was able to correct the bar path when it came forward on me. Also this is not peaked and I literally came straight from farm chores to the gym 😂 I am definitely looking forward to benching more but it's important to me that I take time to kind of be a little in awe of this. In 2016 I was benching this weight to a 3 board and now I could potentially bench this in a meet!
