No offense (to everyone else because they were fantastic too) but Go Younjung is literally... outstanding in this episode. Like she was in the spotlight for me. I already missed her 🧍 Wtf, she is so... brilliant. It still feels like Mudeok, just with Naksu's face this time, but no assassin vibes, just baby. She's really so *chef's kiss*
Can we talk about how we had a glimpse of badass Naksu when she entered the room after chasing the stone theft?(ep 3) When she said "I can seanse the energy, I see your and stones energy" moment. Her face was litteraly like back in the first episode.
Some of u guys were expecting cho yeong to become a God level assassin after getting her memories back which is not realistic at all. She trained all her life as naksu to get to the level she was and when she became "mudeok" she kept complaining about how weak the body was. naksu was described as a very tall and strong looking woman. If u watch her fight against park jin in s1, she was almost as tall as him. Cho yeong in s2 still has buyeon's body. She also hasn't trained in 3+ years.
Cho yeong as mudeok (in s1) even with all her memories was willing to forget everything, move on and marry jang uk, why is it not in character for Cho yeong in s2 not to want to go back to that kind of life and choose to live peacefully when shes loved by so many people??
And it's not like current cho yeong is weak. She literally has jin seolran's powers and she's still one of the most powerful women in the world. She just doesn't fight like she used to.
I'm not saying you have to love the ending but it just looks like some of yall are trying to find a reason to complain about the show
So your telling me that we ended episode 16 with 2 kids who weren't meant to be born staring at their parents they know NOTHING about
This was all Naksu. She ordered him like a Master would her pupil. GYJ does a wonderful job to show us the different sides of all the people she plays.
what AOS promotes its plot will be like: all of the dead people will rise from the grave!! 👻👻 the mages will join forces to fight them so expect lots of sorcery and magic 🔮🧝♂️🧙♂️🧝♀️
what AOS plot actually is: never ending peak married behavior of Jang Uk and Mu Deok/Bu Yeon/Cho Yeong 💒👰🤵👩❤️👨👩❤️💋👨
(I'm not complaining though bc LJW playing anti-hero is really sexy. I just wish there is more to offer than multiple love lines which I don't really care about most of the times.)
