Market stats update: The average sales price decreased slightly in July from $303,259 in June to $292,231. The months supply increased slightly in July to 1.9 from 1.8 in June. The average days on market remained the same from last month, 17 days, with a median of 5 days on the market (up from 4 last month). In June 2727 homes closed and that number decreased to 2451 in July. For Sales went up in July to 4700 from 4357. Lastly the average price per square foot dipped slightly to $149 sf from $151 sf.
