I tried to find a #birthyearwine for my son for his birthday but couldn’t find a 1991 so settled for this 1990 sparkling wine from Beaulieu Vineyard in Napa Valley. The fill line was a bit low so I knew it wasn’t going to be perfect. And it wasn’t perfect- a tad oxidized. But lots of vibrant carbonation, acid and fruit as well.
