Folks on reddit say to take the Chris Avellone thing with a grain of salt. Thing is it's the anniversary for fallout so it could be him just celebrating that. (And with how Bethesda treated Obsidian I'd be surprised if they wanted to work with them again.)

It's also a moba so it's like, it's an amazing looking game with amazing characters, but it's just not something I wanna play. Or anybody should play really. The specs thing sucks though yiss.

I would’ve downloaded it just to see it. But man, the characters look really cool. And seriouisly, the specs thing REALLY pisses me off. It doesn’t even let you try to play it, either, which is stupid. People run old games on newer OSes all the time, why can’t it be the same for a newer game?
