there was nothing cassie cherished more than friendship with him. they were almost inseparable, whenever one of them was invited somewhere, the other tagged along. they were the prefect due, one soul in two bodies. no surprise they went together to celebrate one of their friend’s birthday. the party was wild; loud, fun, with a lot of booze. usually cassie was the type to stick to one kind of alcohol, but tonight she was mixing everything. the way back to to her apartment ⎯ that was closer than his ⎯ took them much longer than it should have. stopping every five seconds to have a laugh and to drink the remaining of the booze they stole on their way out. unlocking the door was a challenge, thankfully keys weren’t lost and soon they entered her living room making a lot of noise, most likely waking up her neighbors. “shhh!” she giggled closing the door and kicking heels off of her feet. “i feel sorry for my future self. i will be super hangover tomorrow, or... no, i’m pretty sure i will still be drunk when i wake up.”
