Starters I owe:

I will get these starters written down during the Christmas holidays, I want to get work over and done with, I can’t concentrate with stress and I’ve only just got back into roleplaying after a very long break since Bebo closed down, and hadn’t got any luck from other Roleplay sites either, bunch of boring and unfriendly people about on them and that makes it difficult to write. 

Roleplaying on Tumblr is still pretty new to me, it’s different and I love different. The people I’ve met so far have been very welcoming and friendly, so I give my thanks to you. I will get the hang of everything on here once I know my way around.

So, please be patient with me until I fully return to my roleplaying self, I’m getting used to everything again, so I ask not to judge me because of my lack of writing. It’s my last day tomorrow until I go back in January, I get to relax on Tuesday evening and the rest of Christmas break, so I’ll be getting to starters I owe to:

If there was one thing Leonard was pretty sure he’d never see again, it was damned mistletoe, Something he never really liked, not even when Jocelyn would come home and hold it above his head with a sly smile. To say he was taken back when he looked up and saw himself and Jim under one was an understatement. Boy did the look on Jim’s face make him want to punch his teeth out. Snorting some, he glanced off to the side, before leaning down some, pressing a quick kiss to his cheek, and backing up. 

“..You’re a pain in my ass,you know that?”

13: Stomach Kiss

The visits made to the captain’s quarters and cuddles became more frequent. Truth be told, it were these very moments that the doctor found himself looking forward to the most. Lying with The memories of that day turn into a somewhat blur, managing to only focus on the here and now. A task that never proved to be a difficult feat to accomplish.

Soft, lazy kisses are placed against the blond’s smooth skin of his stomach before covering the skin back up with the help of his shirt. “So, how was your day today, Jim?” Curiosity lacing each and every word.

The fact that Jim had practically gone behind Leonard’s back to seek medical attention was a definite red flag. Not to mention that nurse Chapel refused to reveal why his friend came by medbay in the first place. One thing was for certain, the CMO was determined to stay in the captain’s quarter until he discovered exactly what was going on. He felt as though he deserved the truth at the very least. “Dammit, Jim. I know you’re keepin’ somethin’ from me. Just tell me.”

The doctor would be lying if he was surprised by Jim’s choice against the hypo. “You can only ignore the symptoms for so long, Jim.” A point would arise when Leonard would have to administer the hypo in order to keep his friend’s condition stable and when or if that moment arrives – depending on when they were given the complete cure – he wouldn’t be asking, he’d be telling him. For now, his condition wasn’t high risk, but there was no telling how long it would last for.

“Have you ever thought maybe to listen to Spock?” Obviously McCoy and the first officer had their vast share of differences, but not heading one of his warnings? If he would have listened they were not be in this predicament. “Dammit, Jim.” But getting worked up over the situation at hand would do nothing to solve the ongoing problem. No, what they need is a solution.

“Then I see no other choice than to tell Spock what happened and order an away team to go down in search of the plant.” Unless Jim had any better plans up his sleeve.

❝No offence, sir, but you already know the hypocritical act doesn’t work on me.❞ It’s the only thing she has going for her right now - the fact that he’s probably had as much sleep as she has.  James Kirk does not get to tell Uhura that she’s not getting enough sleep when he’s got his own red-rimmed eyes to contend with.  ❝I’ll sleep either when this is over, or when you do, whichever comes first.  Deal?❞ It seems pretty fair to her - she doubts he’ll sleep until this is over anyway.  Besides, she has enough stimulants to keep her away for at least a day or two more.  By that time, she hopes this whole thing will have passed.
