As someone who speaks both Spanish and English I have to say that the phrase “Te quiero” means so much to me. Even more than “Te amo”
The literal translation of Te quiero from Spanish to English is “I want you” and some people might take that in a sexual way, but to me it’s so much more than that.
To me it expresses loving someone in a much more intimate level. Loving the whole person without any excuses or doubts. Loving their heart, mind and spirit.
Te quiero at your best and your worse.
Te quiero completely, along with all your flaws.
Te quiero even though you make mistakes.
Te quiero when you’re happy and you’re sad.
Te quiero everyday.
Te quiero everywhere.
Te quiero all the time.
Te quiero at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Te quiero at 4 pm when we’re laughing together.
Te quiero at 4 am when you’re slowly fading into sleep.
Te quiero when you’re excited about something.
Te quiero when you need someone to rant to.
Te quiero much more thank you think.
Te quiero in a much deeper level.
Te quiero sweetly and wholeheartedly.
Te quiero because how could I not? If you’re everything I could ever wanted.
I like to name this one “An alternative universe in which my boyfriend hasn’t stolen all of my orange juice and I’m naively asking if he wants some”

I love this album so much.
I don’t think I have stopped listening to it since it came out, all the songs are so different from one another, I can’t get tired of them.
