There's something I really like about the phrasing of this. I feel if he didn't care for Tony he'd just straight up tell him it sucks but instead he goes 'let's talk about it' and he says it's good before he says it sucks. And he's very relaxed about it, not upset at all, no tension.

Then there's Tony. Here is Tony in another conflict of interest;

I think with Peter he's like; 'ugh he back on his bullshit' but not in the way where he'd get angry or confront Peter.
