He didn’t change much tbh. I gave him some brow loafers and blue scrubs for color variation but I still wanted him to look like a doctor so I kept most of the other elements like the lab coat and glasses.

I did tie his hair though. I love his very long hair but it’s so impractical for surgery, especially when it’s just down like that. I figured a low ponytail would suit him better.

And I didn’t have any ideas for his background so I just put the Red Cross there since it symbolizes medicine.
