More drdt bonus ep 4 spoilers:

Honestly I get why Ace is so scared of dying now I would be too if I had a friend who I promised to give it my all against them only for them to die so shortly after. I was rewatching the episode and paying more attention to Taylor’s words made me sad

“This will be the end of our rivalry as jockeys.” It sure will be buddy 😭

DRDT bonus episode 4 spoilers

This is the happiest we’ve seen Ace I think, kinda sad to think about considering what happens in the future 😭

Also Taylor is hilarious and I love how he clashes with Ace’s personality. Also I’m like 90% sure he’s also gay but maybe I’m reading into it to much 😅

This episode was definitely happier than Arei’s episode, but it cut pretty deep for me too. Is it bad I kinda related to Ace a little bit in this particular episode? Just the way he talked about how scary it was to keep doing something he hated, but even more scary to quit doing it because he was scared to lose Taylor’s friendship just really stuck out to me. Taylor really was a wonderful friend to him it makes me sadder about his tombstone being present in Ace’s execution 😭 I just wonder how Taylor died though? Because I had seen some people speculate he died in the race but I feel like there’s more to that story? Idk I just wanna know how it happened. (Also why does he remind me of Clay Terran from the Apollo Justice trilogy 😭) but yeah, all in all just a nice episode overall and I liked seeing this more relaxed and happier side of Ace.

Also who the fuck is Ms. Naegi and why is she wearing Nagito’s jacket???

Season 3 cabby gjijnka :)

Plus s3 Lifering and Cabby playing pokemon together, because I need them to interact more, I thought they bounced off of each other so well in episode 15 (I might be a Cabring shipper now that I think about it ._.) but still. They’d both be gamers imo. They have that kind of nerd energy. There’s probably a dudunsparce on their team, they’d both get a kick out of that.

Guys should I watch The Nightly Manor?

…I just finished it. Beautiful story. It was absolutely worth it.

I didn’t cry but those songs sure felt like a sucker punch to the gut (in a good way 🥲)

I couldn’t not draw something after the bonus episode 3 dropped. This was a nice break from what I’ve been drawing lately. I miss u Arei 😢

#drdt #danganronpa despair time #arei nageishi #haven’t drawn drdt stuff in a while #felt pretty good #I’ve been working on this since the bonus ep dropped-#this is the first fully rendered drawing I’ve done in a while too #guess Drdt’s just that powerful #lol #just realizing this now but this kinda reminds me of that one official Mizi art #from alien stage #the one with Mizi sitting on a pile of everyone’s bodies whilst smiling with blood spatters on her face #although the meanings of both arts are kinda different I think #Mizi’s art was more about how she deliberately choose to play dumb and fake her happiness to cope with the brutality of alien stage #at least in my interpretation of it #but here I was trying to depict Arei sitting at the top #all of the pins/obstacles knocked down and beneath her #idk I wasn’t trying to reference that I just thought it was funny #I didn’t even notice the similarities until now lol #it’s probably because I have zombie stage on the brain rn #oh well 🤷‍♀️#I patiently wait for episode 4 on the 17th #(I’m not I’m frothing at the mouth actually)#ok bye 👋

THEYRE ALL SO CUTE IM GONNA CRYYYY

Something something about how Arei saw the hopes peak academy as an escape from her horrible life and how she wanted to reach the top just so she could get back at all of the people who wronged her. “Until their tongues have memorized the taste of my shoe” Arei they could never make me hate you, even if your ideals are kinda wrong and vengeful-

Also no clue who this Wes guy is but they’re a real one and their inner monologue genuinely made me feel better about myself. About how you don’t have to make it to the top to make it in life. Wonderful message

No Mai akasaki(she’s the unnamed student right?) this time but that’s expected since this looks like this takes place when Arei was in middle school or high school, so she wouldn’t have met Mai yet.

It’s been so long since I talked about drdt I can feel my hyperfixation rising from the ashes welcome back drdt (even if it’s just bonus episodes idk yet)
