Worry #1: What if my boss gets upset? (Para sa lahat ng gustong magresign)
So i'll be submitting my resignation hopefully this Friday - I just want to list all my worries and all may what if's. I did resign last January tho i did not continue- in short nagpapigil ako, nagpauto lol- aand I really do regret that. So don't judge me if sabihin kong takot akong magpasa ng resignation or takot akong magalit ang boss ko, kase the moment the tinanggap ko yung counter offer (tho wala naman kundi one time bonus) oakiramdam ko na i have the responsibility na panindigan na di ako magreresign na, but here I am 7 months after, handling my resignation again. I know that I should tell my boss first before anyone else, that it's better to hear it from me first than from grapevines. Pero wala e, i can't decide on my own. I need somebody else's support and advice, takot ako now but I have no choice. I need to do this. If my boss get upset, i will just think that it's a natural human reaction to some bad news, and to put it bluntly she will get over it- for sure. Don’t burn bridges by making an abrupt exit.
