In an AU that will only ever exist in my head because I’ll never write it, the Blue Lions all show up at one of their houses to see someone’s new baby, and Byleth just casually shows up with her own baby. Like that “what’ve you got there?” “A smoothie” meme. Everyone is going “Professor is that your baby??? Where did you get a baby????? Were you pregnant?? Did you steal them?????” Byleth does not clear any of this up btw. She’s just like “yes I have a baby now. Say hi” and doesn’t answer any questions. Not even to try and be mischievous, she just doesn’t feel like it. Why does it matter? “Professor why didn’t you tell us????” “? I am telling you now”

THIS IS CANON JUST FULLY. this is so funny to me actually. and it’s like a grown baby like, 6 months old. this baby’s been here a little while. byleth had a whole child and nobody knew.

this is probably a byletza baby because jeritza would also just not tell anyone. these two are raising a human in secret. not even on purpose they just didn’t think to mention it. it never came up.

5: What do they need to better themselves as people first?

A Lot. firstly they both need to think of themselves as actual people. both byleth and jeritza have some. we’ll say, complexes. regarding their humanity and how much of it they have. for them to have a healthy, thriving relationship, it would probably be really helpful for them to view themselves as more than weapons lol.

8: Is there a third party involved that influences them in anyway?

YES THERE IS AND HIS NAME IS SYLVAIN. sylvain is the worst and somehow best wingman ever. we know dimitri can’t flirt to save his life, so sylvain fed him lines to help win over yuri. but mitya’s very much not confident and also just. wouldn’t say the things sylvain tells him to. and so it just comes off super awkward and more often than not the conversations end with him getting red in the face and leaving.

however. However. i think yuri finds this dumbass king charming as a result of his awkward flirting lmao. it’s cute to him. ESPECIALLY when he flirts back and dimitri short circuits. adorable. yuri has this giant man right under his finger.
