fully believe Lizzie's handwriting is borderline-unreadable messy scrawl, EXCEPT she has a great signature. she writes you a note and it's like
[the most horrible thing you've ever read, she keeps accidentally making the words too large and having to scrunch up her letters at the end of the line, none of her letters are consistent] signed,

(It's the only part of the letter signed in cursive. she dots the i with hearts. it's gorgeous. What do you mean this was written by the same woman????????)
