Fun fact, in the Eclipse Mindle used to be in, there was a hierarchy, mostly shown in badges. Unlike masks that stay the same way as they were when the Larva made them, the badges change when a moth proves themselves worthy of a position, on a scale from one to 4/Pedestrian to Royal, the badges are ranked. You cannot gain a Royal badge unless born into it or married into Royalty. This is what a rough sketch of them looks like.
The shapes of each badge are different, most beginners and Larva stay at badge one for years. The hierarchy means that there are Moth's more important than other Moths, such as Royals. The 1-4 scale also shows how much they are needed, there are exceptions for one's, if they are still Larva. Though if there were to be a calamity in the Eclipse, the one's, even if they are Larva, will be cast into being meat shields or left behind. If a Royal is left behind or killed, the entire Eclipse suffers. Do to the rise of demand for the Eclipses silk, most Eclipses are now captured and breed into captivity by whomever is top of the food chain. Due to them only being used for material wealth and personal gain, they are slowly disappearing and becoming more weak. Thanks to a few hybrids, a few nests survived and integrated into larger countries, although the hybrids were then promptly sent to jail, and more search went into the new 'stronger breed' of Moth's, luckily, they don't stay in Eclipses anymore, and for the ones who do, they are losing one badges every second.

It's alright, even if I am a moth I'm like 20 ft tall and have lived in an airless cold void on a random rock for years, I doubt you can hurt me that much physically, especially if you are as small as an earth hummingbird, it would just be healthy rivalry, ya know? Carefree competition for food!
