Ok but like KND headcanon:

We know from Op INTERVIEWS that Sector V (minus Nigel) all stayed in the KND, most likely as undercover agents like Maurice. So we can assume that the younger KND operatives didn't know they were still involved

And I was just watching Op DODGEBALL and I think Joey already has some KND-level skills as just a baby. He'd totally get in when he's older

So like... imagine 17 year old Wally undercover with the teens having to come face-to-face with his little brother in battle and not tell him he's on his side
