Adam was pacing, waiting for lachlan to come back from his errand. Terrie had stopped by again, and while he was happy to see her, especially more often (more often than the once it had been before, but that was besides the point), he couldn't help his growing suspicions about her son. When he heard the bell he paused, turning sharply. "It's about damn time, you said you were going to the store for one thing."
