It had been Cyrelle’s goal to get inappropriately wasted at the dance and find some sleeping farm cows to tip over. Drinking excessively was a feat that was easy to achieve, and she ended up stumbling through the Walker property while the rest of the town kept line dancing in the barn. This was definitely one of her stupider ideas, but Cyrelle wasn’t known for being particularly astute while under the influence.
“Come on out, cows,” she called out, voice slurred. She was several yards away from the barn, but she had no idea if she was anywhere near the cows. Did the Walkers even have cows? Cyrelle probably should’ve taken the time to figure that out before drunkenly wandering out into a field in the middle of the night. “Where are you, Bessie?” she asked, craning her head up at the night sky. The stars were dancing — she’d definitely had too much to drink.
Feeling too inebriated to continue her search, Cyrelle plopped on the ground. The grass was green and lush, tickling her face as she lied down on her back. “‘You're still the one that I love...’” Cyrelle sang off-key, an ode to the cow she never ended up finding. “‘The only one I dream of...’” Maybe she should try mooing? Perhaps the cows would respond if she spoke their language. Alas, Cyrelle ended up passing out before she could give it a try.
It had been three months since Aaron had invited her to work at his private practice, and Lillian could honestly say that she enjoyed the work that she did with the man. Unlike most doctors in their profession, Aaron simply wasn't in it for the money, he genuinely cared for his patience, a trait that Lillian respected greatly. It also helped that she had connected to Aaron rather quickly over their time working together, they had talk, flirted and even developed a nice routine of getting each other coffee on days that they knew were going to be busy.
Everything was going perfectly, almost too perfectly. So when Lillian arrived to the office with her body temperature raised more than norm, and a uncomfortable feeling running along her skin, it took her awhile to realize what was going on and by then it was too late. She was in heat and she had it bad, which is how she found herself in Aaron’s office, fingering herself on top of his desk. Party life is made for her. She seems to float on clouds and shines like the top of a Christmas tree. But no one but her brother really knows her, she has always made sure of that, because she despises the predictability of her parents and her whole family. You always know ten sentences in advance what they will say and their beautiful heads seem to contain nothing of sweet air and candyfloss. Then she found out about her planned wedding with the strange Zoyka Abraxis, who is as rich and highly respected as she is, but without doubt much more extraordinary. Although it’s actually against the grain for her to let herself be married just like that, perhaps she will make an exception in this case, because since her earliest childhood she has wanted nothing more than an adventure.

as dean began to regain consciousness, he immediately wished he could just go back to sleep for approximately one million years. his limbs ached as though he’d just run a marathon and his head felt like it was filled with porridge. he blinked multiple times before he could fully open his eyes, but when he did he was perplexed to find that he was lying on a bed of hay in what appeared to be a barn. confusion set in as he tried to rack his brain for information as to how he got there, but the search came up empty — he had absolutely no recollection of the night before. this might have been a frightening scenario for most people, but this wasn’t dean’s first rodeo (pun intended) as far as blackout’s were concerned.
dean was just pulling his phone out of his pocket in order to find some clues as to where exactly he was and how he got there when the door to the barn began to open. his heart started racing a bit until he recognized the tiny blonde entering his makeshift sleeping quarters. with nowhere to hide, he simply flashed a smile and said, “mornin’ farmgirl.”
