Beth rolled her shoulder as she rubbed the back of her neck. It had been a day. The children were all behaving very well but for some reason Beth felt an increasing level of unease. She was deep in thought, trying to come up with an explanation for her mood, when she almost bumped into Aliyah. “Oh, Aliyah! Still roaming about and being a little mischief?” She smiled brightly and gave a cheeky wink.

Like a wraith emerging from the shadows, Krit appeared amidst the aftermath of the huntress's triumph, acknowledging her handiwork with a slow, mocking applause. "Oh, dear daddy would be proud." With deliberate steps, he advanced toward her, navigating through the carnage of the fallen vampires that littered the ground.

"Or perhaps not?" He halted abruptly, a malevolent smirk twisting his features. "After all, one rotten apple can spoil the whole barrel. How long until you follow in your brother's footsteps? He abandoned you, reduced to begging on his knees." But watching that from afar, that satisfaction wasn't enough; Krit craved his own.

"But does he truly value family, deep down? Will his heart ache when I tear you away from him?" He said, brandishing a knife from behind his back, beckoning the huntress to come forth.

Seunghee hummed to himself, spinning his keys around a finger as he walked up the steps to Aliyah’s place, flowers cradled in the other hand. He’d been speaking to Hayden earlier and they both agreed that since they couldn’t be there to visit Aliyah and Luna for Mother’s Day, it was only fair that he visit them on their behalf. He shoved his keys in his pocket as he approached the door, knocking on it before holding the flowers a little more carefully as he waited for the young mother to open the door. When she finally did, Seunghee gave her a wide smile and held the flowers towards her. “Happy Mother’s Day!” He exclaimed, opened his arms for her, still holding the ridiculously large bouquet in one hand. “C’mon, give your favourite oppa a hug.”

PM: yes you do. i didn't grow up with tough skin. So you saying those things really did hurt me. I can't just act tough because it doesn't work. I'm sorry if being sensitive makes me a weak person and someone you can't stand but I'm not gonna change myself for you or anyone.

[PM] If you’re looking for some sympathy again -- it’s a lost cause here. Thing is, you ain’t gonna change. I won’t either. So, this conversation is pretty pointless if you were actually seeking something from it. Just sayin’.
