“Are the rest of your family around here somewhere?” Ezra questioned after they’d said their hello’s. He knew James through their careers in Quidditch but they didn’t really spend all that much time around one another. Quite honestly, Ezra hadn’t spent too much time around most people associated to Quidditch since everything went down but he still got along with them. He’d seen that the others family had grown quite a lot recently and he couldn’t imagine him being without them today at an event such as this.

Reid seemed to be practically demolishing the food in front of him. It may in part have been to do with the hearty amount of beer he’d had so far. He wasn’t completely drunk thankfully, but he definitely seemed to be merry off it. “You know, this is the best part of any holiday. The food. I fucking love when they do new menus. It’s why I loved travelling too.” He stated brightly, digging into something else they had ordered.

“I know it’s a drop but I’ve done this before. Nothing feels better than the adrenaline of jumping off a cliff into water.” Gwen spoke with enthusiasm lilting her tone as she glanced over the edge, already feeling her heart pumping.

Reid hadn’t really been feeling this years festivities the way he had the previous year but the chance to meet James’ baby had definitely lifted his mood. It was why he’d travelled to the males home dressed in his suit ready to head out afterwards. “Hey! Thanks for letting me pass by. I couldn’t miss out on the opportunity to meet our future team mate.” Reid told James, giving the man a hug before passing him a bag. “More for you and Kenz... Figure you’re gonna need it soon enough.” He stated with a grin.

"Are you waiting for me to get off this piece of equipment?" Aaron asked after a moment as he'd spotted the other waiting not too far away. "I shouldn't be more than five minutes longer if you were."

“Oh Merlin on a Muffin!” Reid screeched out in surprise, being the least graceful he’d been in his heels all night as he stumbled backwards. Grasping at his chest, eyes wide, he finally seemed to calm himself enough to shove James. “For fucks sake Potter... What is wrong with you?”

It wasn’t exactly intentional but Hugo could guess seeing a huge Unicorn head popping up around the corner before the body followed was bound to give anyone a fright, especially with the face on this one. It was exactly the reason why Hugo had now taken the head off and they were clutching their stomach, tears of laughter threatening to roll down their face as they cackled at the misfortune of their cousin. “Merlin... I am sorry Jay but...” Again another round of laughter broke the sentence off mid way as Hugo practically doubled over. “I wish I had recorded that reaction!”
