Doodles of Twilight from the other night!
Twilight never felt quite at home in the Shadowbinder’s lands, and left her clan for The Sea of a Thousand Currents at the earliest opportunity. There, she hoped to train in the ways of an oracle and mage, rather than continue her family’s long-held traditions of thievery and scam-artistry. Inexperienced as she may be, her ever-growing repository of arcane knowledge is not to be underestimated. Unfortunately, Twilight failed to realize that few dragons are willing to pay for divination from a member of the Shadow Flight... Regardless, in recent times Twilight has found herself dealing with a much larger problem—an ancient artifact that an old friend of hers studied far, far too deeply. One thing led to another, and Twilight found herself travelling begrudgingly alongside a thieving mirror—all to get a godforsaken glove off the latter's arm.

More lore dragon doodles - this time of Twilight! She’s an apprentice oracle (and Omen‘s unhappy travel companion)!
Twilight already has some art, but I wanted to try simplifying her design a bit.
Strange things can happen to those who delve too deep into their craft...
"Deep in that long-abandoned cavern, immersed in shimmering light, spun a strange, spindly creature. The creature twisted and turned, swirling seawater all around, but it never moved far from its place. Its wide, wing-like fins were flecked with twinkling stars, and stretching out just beyond the edges of my vision—a constantly shifting, blindingly colorful visage, broken only by opalescent cracks.
Countless eyes affixed themselves upon the source of the glow - a bright, shining orb, gently caressed by the beast's claws. At first, it seemed too transfixed to register my presence—but, one by one, each of its eyes flicked upwards, until all of them bored straight into my mine.
Before I could draw my weapon, an otherworldly, yet familiar voice echoed in my head:
'. . . f r i e n d .’”
