being back was so strange but at the same time she was feeling so excited about this, seeing her dad and mom was just perfect, especially that there was no secrets between them, she does feel more free. 

when she arrived to the house, the woman knocked the door, hearing some steps inside and when her mom opened the door, she smiled. nora has seen her mom in the future but still it wasn’t the same, she missed her mom from the past. “hi, mom.”

 iris   gave  the other  an  apologetic  smile  when  they  were  nice  ,  they  could  have  been  rude  to  her  which  would  have  been  deserved  anyways.  iris  was  glad  she  hadnt  ruined  the  others  dinner  because  it  would  have  made  her  feel  horrible.  ‘  im  alright  i  was  just  looking  for  my  wallet  ,  i  would  lose  my  head  if  it  wasnt  attached  to  my  head.  ‘  iris  said  with  a  joking  tone  before  looking  at  the  food. ‘  i  didnt  hurt  your  food  right?  ‘

Addie momentarily scrunches up her nose at the thought, having both lived and known about a time where it was rather easy to lose a head. With a small shudder, she looks back up and smiles a little. "No, everything is fine on my end but I can help you look for your wallet as well? Two pair of eyes is better than one and all."

Nick was surprised at first that she was cuddling him for longer than normal, but definitely pleased by it. She was warm, and a pretty good cuddler when she let it happen. At the very least he felt semi-protected in some weird way. (Though maybe he shouldn’t have.) He was less surprised by it once she started marking up the side of his neck. He tilted his head slightly to the side with a hum, allowing her to keep doing that. He was more than okay with that.

“None. Fuzzing out,” his voice was slower, and slightly deeper than usual, body colder. So much colder. He was physically shaking. Adrian had come out today after a horrible, horrible nightmare, and had yet to leave. He was exhausted, and felt things so strongly. So heavily from what he was weighed down by. It hurt. He hurt. So he was drinking to make this miserable body hurt less. Unable to fully handle the things he held in his head.

7. Eyeing them up

It was no secret that Nick purposely made himself look his best at any given moment. He knew he was a little attractive at the very least. So he maybe, probably, definitely postured himself in and even more appealing way seeing her eyeing him up. The emphasis put on his hips a little, he was feeling pretty good about those today. It was far less subtle than he could’ve gone for.

He was absolutely there for the attention. An ego boost when pretty women liked the way he looked.
