The event was over, the same scenario that was once filled up with noises of conversations, screams, announcements and songs being played out, now was almost succumbed in silence. She's making her way out like everyone else, but it seemed her system had different plans as it ignored every single sign that would warn her that she was heading to an only staff area, making her way through corridors where she shouln’t be, in the first place, until she finally reached the stage. She had never been there, Summer hadn’t been a teenager who went through the drama stage, working on play,s dreaming about being an actress, she always enjoyed the backstage, the idea of writing them. She also didn’t dream about being a musician, but she dated one; one that had left her and somehow, as her shoes tapped against the ground of that stage, she felt connected to him once again, somehow.
Maybe it was the alcohol in her system, the lack of concern about what she was doing, but after going through the automatic process of drinking, going out and finding someone to have sex with, that was the first time she felt light, allowing her body to spin around, ignoring the fact it was only making her feel worst due to the drinks she had taken. And even if there was some sense inside of her hed that she wasn’t alone, she continued her private dance, giggling, whispering the lyrics of a song made for her, until her eyes finally landed on Ryder. “And we’re meeting each other again.”
