Dustin was a very busy man and he hardly had time for a social life until the breaks from college rolled around. That, of course, didn’t mean that he didn’t have room for Zane to crash at his place whenever he needed to, and his roommate surely didn’t mind either. If he needed to work on schoolwork or something important where the light of the computer might bother him, he’d offer him the couch, and otherwise, he was more than happy to share his bed with Zane. Now that school was out, he had time to himself to cook, clean, and do whatever else that he needed to, too. During the school year, it was a little more difficult to find the time-- another reason he was thankful to have a roommate. Having invited Zane to stay over when he was finished working for the day, he had turned on the oven and heated up the stove, preparing to cook up something for dinner, answering the door when he heard a knock and greeting the other with a little wave and a smile. “Hey! I was gonna cook dinner for myself for once, I hope you like stir fry. I was gonna throw something in the oven too. Come on in.”
