Bar Redux and C&C Meat Factory Present a Rock N Roll BBQ for July 4th with DJ Unknown's Dancing Bones all Rock N Roll. C&C Founders and Bywater residents Caitlin Cooley and Clay Wolfe have been serving up their Barbeque at Pop-Ups around NOLA. Their love of food, especially Barbeque, has led them to embark on Pop-Ups to share their love. 4th of July Barbeque Menu consists of St. Louis Style Beef Ribs with choice of two sides and bread. All homemade sides choices are Baked Beans, Corn on the Cob, Potato Salad, and Coleslaw. There will be free watermelon while it lasts. C&C Meat Factory is rooted deep in OZARK Tradition.
