C-Plum as the not at all bonkers Commodus in The Fall of the Roman Empire [d: Anthony Mann, 1964]*

*psa: despite being stuffed full of awesome actors (Alec Guinness, James Mason, Omar Sharif, Anthony Quayle, Eric Porter etc etc) this 3-hour film feels at least 6, and is weirdly dull despite looking like a billion dollars. But, there is this.

Roger: Yeah the gods are fucking with you and pissing themselves laughing

C-Plum: Wut?

Roger: That's your mum you're knocking off. And your dad you knocked off.

C-Plum: ...

Roger: That's not the worst, tho

C-Plum: again, WTF?

Roger: Yeah you're cursed to exist only on shitty taped-off-the-telly quality wonky vhs run through a psychedelic filter so no-one can see you acting and stuff

C-Plum: but my awesome pecs! You mean they can't see my fabulous chest?

Roger: Soz, no

C-Plum: That literally sucks

The shallow end of the pool is pretty crowded when it comes to this film I think. Though, parts of it he's being glorious while wearing clothes. 

psst don't tell anyone, but I've still not finished watching it
