Jeff Feld Queens takes Kings - Proposed placement of Arbitration Rock behind the Brooklyn Museum, 18″ x 24″ C-Print. Part of the Queens Biennial, this unrealized project proposed moving Arbitration Rock to the rear of the Brooklyn Museum. Arbitration Rock is the marker that was used to mark the border between Brooklyn, NY and Queens, NY. By moving the rock, what was once considered Brooklyn is now Queens.
