Final Notice | Damien

Times were hard all around them, and Violet knew that. It was why when she found out she was pregnant a couple months ago, she kept it from Damien. She had to. So much had been going on at the time and there was never a good time to tell the man she loved that she was pregnant because well, they could barely afford to feed themselves. How would they manage a baby? Violet kept telling herself it would get better, it had to get better. Well, on her day off today... it did not get better. No. As Violet sat at their dining room table, she read the later once again. An eviction notice. They were going to be homeless in 30 days... and she was nearly five months pregnant. Her body was beginning to show and she couldn’t hide that truth from Damien much longer.. So when he came home to see her sobbing on the couch, it would be no wonder why because she was scared to death for all three of them.

“Damien!” Destiny walked into the garage, hands on her hips and she had their mother’s stern eye. “Did you eat the last tres leches cake that Abuela made?” She questioned him. “That was leftover from my celebration party?” She was accusing him but she just knew he had done it. “I swear to god if you did I am not driving over to your friends house for that party tonight!”

Damien’s bar was probably the boost this town needed in places to go. Honestly, her man was a freaking genius. So, she offered to lend a hand since tonight was the opening and it seemed like everyone was there. She was handing out beers, food, joining conversation. It was honestly a great turn out.. So, walking up behind Damien as he stood at the bar she giggled, whispering in his ear. “Looks like a great turn out..Boss.” She teased him. “Seriously though..” Her hands wrapped around him now. “I’m so proud of you.”

Dreams Really Do Come True | Damien

Anastasia had been waiting eagerly for this day. Her period had been late but she wanted to wait just long enough that she could truly verify she was pregnant. That didn’t derail the constant sex and time she spent with Damien, it was a surprise his brother even bothered with her anymore with the lack of affection she’d been giving him. Especially the sneaking out at night with the excuse of the hospital, but it was really to meet Damien somewhere and just make up for lost time. He’d really been into the idea of ‘baby making’... which considering Anastasia had been doing that all along, it made the whole experience that much more intense for her. Every time they had sex and he released inside her, Anastasia wished to tell Damien the truth. To let him know that they were fulfilling that kink and finally they could just be together. Well, today was the day she was just done with it all. Her friend at the hospital offered to do her ultrasound and it was official, she was 7, possibly 8, weeks pregnant. 

Which is why she was now packing up a suitcase of her things and her engagement ring was left on the nightstand. When Damien’s brother walked in and saw her packing... she hated the look on his face but there was no guilt in her body. How could their be? It would always be Damien even if they got married...she was pregnant with his baby right now and there was simply no going back from here. She apologized and explained it wasn’t him, it was her... and she told him the truth about her and Damien. Not being able to stand to hurt him too bad and somehow he understood. Which for Anastasia made this transition all the more easier. So she left him. 

Bags in hand she climbed into her SUV and tried calling Damien’s cell-phone. It went straight to voicemail. “What?” She mumbled softly, she called again, and again. Even sending him a few texts. Unsure what to do... she went to the hotel they’d managed to make their own over the past few weeks. Going into his room, Anastasia began to wonder if this was a mistake. Had he gone this time? Left her behind after all of this? The sudden ache in her heart and the sickness in her stomach had her running into the bathroom -- oh morning sickness.. Where was Damien? Why wasn’t he here? What was going on? Anastasia couldn’t answer any of them and that terrified her.

Zoey was biting her bottom lip as she paced the hallway..waiting for him to come home. She was in a pair of boyshort panties and borrowed one of his shirts. What with her bump now, the nearly 6 month pregnant blonde was having a hard time wearing anything somewhat nice anymore.. She needed to go maternity shopping..again.. But, that was not the point tonight. He’d gone out. Again. Granted they weren’t a couple and she had been so caught up in having a baby..she was afraid to confess her love again..because what if it didn’t work out..and she had a baby all alone? She couldn’t risk it. But...it was too much seeing him with someone else. Especially considering well..they might not be together but her hormones led to a lot of sex between them..and Damien seemed to want it because why wouldn’t be say no..? And.. “Finally..” She mumbled when she heard him close the door. “Sit..please. We need to talk..” She rested a hand on her bump and bit her bottom lip. “It’s..really important.”

Happily Ever After | Damien

Zoey’s bump was clear through her dress, but it wasn’t hard to not feel sexy anymore. What with Damien and now a ring on her finger..? Everything was falling into place. It was strange to think nearly so many months ago they were done..he hated her in a sense..and she him. Even if deep down they both loved one another.. She remembered laying there on that hospital bed and just finding out with him beside her. It was intense. “So..I was wondering what is the final plan for the nursery? I mean..they’re due any day..and I just..I want to know if it’s almost done, and what I need to order.” It was crazy. Twins. Wow..little bundles of joy that were a miracle..and brought them back together. “I know I’m not supposed to be worried but .. I am. Like..I feel like we’re running out of time here..and I’m nervous because you know..babies and labor and..stuff.”

The Artist Abroad | Damien

Isabelle had been traveling around Europe in hopes of finding the true meaning of art. Sure, the younger female could always flourish in her modeling career but that wasn’t her passion. Drawing, painting, and photography... That had truly been where her passions lay hidden. For so long she’d been quenching her desires in life to make others happy. But now that she was here in this glorious wonderland of art and culture she found it far too hard to sleep at night. Her mind unwilling to turn off so, the blonde venture down to the beach. The moon was hanging high up in the sky, glimmering like a diamond covered in powdered dust. A glorious sight surrounded by sparkles of stars, millions of them lighting up the pale sandy beach.

Along with the shadows cast by the stars and ocean another figure seemed to be awake and about at this time such as Isabelle had been. Unable to help herself the foreign girl approached the tall stranger. “I’m glad I am not the only one having a hard time sleeping.” She gave the male a tender smile and something about his eyes made her skin warm -- or perhaps it was the gorgeous weather...either way she was suddenly glad she couldn’t fall asleep.

there’s really no use wondering how she got in the house.  What are doors to a fairy, anyway?  Frankly, when she’d strolled up to the doors she wasn’t sure she was in the right place -- look at this monstrosity !! It looks like it came straight out of the victorian era !  It takes no time at all to discover that that is .... entirely intentional.  

She takes one look at the owner of said house and voices every impulsive thought that comes fluttering through her brain.  He’s cute, clearly pretty eccentric if the waistcoat and cloak are anything to go by -- and oh my god, is he wearing colored contacts ?  

“ Oh.  My.  God.   Are you a vampire ?  Because I’m starting to think you are an actual vampire.  Dude.   Dude.  Is all that fabric heavy ??  Ugh, I’m feeling weighed down and stuffy just looking at you !! “  ( She’s pretty used to the variety of reactions her presence produces -- after all ‘pink fairy standing in your living room hurling half-way insults at you’ is usually pretty stunning.  Not to mention the ‘scantily clad and oh my god are those wings’ that usually come with it. )
