Happy Halloween! Candido finally has someone to go through the "couple costume ideas" list with. They start off strong with Gomez and Morticia.

I rarely ever see Candido angry. It is like he is suspended in this cloud of wool and whimsy- BUT! The smallest and strangest things will rattle him fiercely.

We just heard "Non, je ne regrette rien" by the wonderful Édith Piaf start playing on the Television- some commercial or other. And Candido makes his pleased oo's and aah's- you know- French noises. And he starts singing the words to the song as the instrumental intro plays- and then the singer starts..

And it is dubbed in English..

Lid? Flipped. What followed was a rant to rival his frustration of when the local Café we used to visit- USED to- changed their theming from lemons to strawberries.

This commercial is bound to play many times more. The sanctity of our house peace has been besmirched. We are at war.
