TOS:

General: As the artist, I reserve the right to refuse any commission.

Payment: Payment is accepted in USD and EURO via Paypal. I take full payment upfront and will not begin the commission until payments provided. 

Refunds & Cancellations: Full refunds are only given if I haven't started work. Partial refunds may be considered if work is in progress. No refunds for completed artwork.

Usage: Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only unless a separate agreement is made. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim the artwork as your own.

By sending payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
